BMO Global Asset Management (Asia) Limited is licensed by the SFC to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. Licensing conditions of the regulated activities are summarized as follows:

The terms "collective investment scheme" and "dealing" are as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
